Taro Manufacturing Specializes in Insert Molding
Insert Molding is a category of plastic molding where a special insert (usually a pre-manufactured metal part) is over-molded in the plastic mold producing a completely integrated part. Many times the part is in a finished form that does not require post-mold operations - therefore saving assembly time. In addition, because the insert is "molded in", there is structural integrity for the part. Inserts will not pull out, strip, or wobble and their placement can last as long as the part. This is advantageous for many severe duty parts, such as electrical distribution, battery, electrical control, and motor components.
Taro produces high volume parts for the Electrical Industry, Electrical Vehicle (EV) Industry, EV Battery Industry, EV Charging Station Industry, Engine Replacement Parts Industry, and others. See our Capabilities here.
